Here is the part most complaint roundups skip: in every formal BBB complaint on file, the company ultimately paid a full refund, in several cases without requiring the bottles back. So the 60-day guarantee is real, but claiming it can take persistence — and if you get stuck, ClickBank, the payment processor, is a second refund route the seller cannot ignore. Type “YU Sleep” into a search engine and it will helpfully suggest “complaints” — and most of what comes back is fake: keyword-stuffed pages hosted on hijacked file servers, written by affiliates who have never read a single real complaint. The complaint record, in numbers

As of late August 2026, YU Sleep’s BBB profile (the business is registered in Aurora, Colorado) shows a C+ rating, no BBB accreditation, and a small number of formal complaints — the profile itself is young, opened in December 2025. That is a thin record for a heavily advertised product, which tells you the average buyer is not angry enough to file paperwork. But the complaints that do exist are consistent, and worth reading before you order.

What buyers actually complain about

1. “It didn’t work for me”

The most common thread. One complainant bought three bottles and felt no effect; another reported their sleep was more interrupted, not less. 2. The refund runaround

This is the complaint pattern with teeth. Buyers describe templated “thank you, we’ll get back to you” emails that never turn into return instructions, questionnaire forms sent in place of refunds, support phone numbers that were disconnected or led nowhere, and one case where the support email itself bounced. And yet — read the resolutions. In every formal complaint on the profile, the company ended up paying a full refund, in several cases telling the buyer to keep the bottles. One refund took around 35 business days to land. The record does not show a company that refuses refunds; it shows one that makes you work for them.

3. Delivery problems

One complaint involved a shipment the carrier could not deliver, compounded by the same unresponsive-support pattern until the BBB complaint was filed, after which a full refund was processed. Isolated, but consistent with the theme: the product side is fine, the service side is where the friction lives.

What is missing from the complaints

Just as telling is what the record does not contain: no billing-trap complaints (YU Sleep is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — a genuinely important difference from many supplement offers), and almost nothing on safety. So is it a scam?

No — a scam does not pay out refunds on every documented complaint. How to buy so the complaints never apply to you

  • Start with the smallest pack. At the time of writing, YU Sleep sells in a 2-month pack ($138 total), a 3-month pack ($177) and a 6-month pack ($294). The refund complaints on record involve people who bought big first — one had ordered twelve bottles. A supplement needs two to four weeks to judge; the 2- or 3-month pack covers that with the least money on the table.
